• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your spot is not held until the deposit is paid.
• The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.
• Payments are processed securely through Squarespace. I never see or store your full card number.
• Mini session pricing covers one family or household per spot.

• Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit holds a spot that I turn other families away for.
• Rescheduling: you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, and your deposit moves to the new date (based on availability).
• Less than 48 hours notice or a no-show: the deposit is forfeited.
• Sick kiddos happen. If someone is ill, reach out as soon as you can and I'll do my best to find you a new time.
• If I have to cancel for any reason, you'll get your choice of a new date or a full refund of everything you've paid.

All sessions are outdoors. If rain, storms, or extreme cold make photos unsafe or unworkable, I'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. I make the final weather call, and I'll try to let you know at least 24 hours ahead. Cloudy skies are actually great for photos, so a gray day usually means we still shoot!

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Mini sessions are back to back, so late arrivals still end at the scheduled time.
• Park fees: Tanglewood Park charges an entrance fee per vehicle. That fee is paid by you directly to the park.
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the session, including near water, docks, and trails.
• Sessions take place in public parks. Hp Photography is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or property damage during your session.

• Your edited photos will be delivered in an online gallery within 14 days of your session.
• I choose and edit the best images from your session in my signature natural, light style.
• Unedited (RAW) files are not provided.
• Please download your gallery right away. Galleries stay online for 30 days, and I keep backups for 90 days, but I can't guarantee files after that.

Hp Photography keeps the copyright to all images. You receive a personal print release, which means you can:

• Print your photos anywhere, at any size
• Share them on social media (a tag to @HpPhotography is always appreciated!)
• Use them for Christmas cards, gifts, and announcements

The personal release does not allow:

• Selling the images or using them for business advertising without written permission
• Entering them in contests or submitting them for publication
• Adding filters or editing the images and posting them as my work

I may share images from your session on my website, social media, and marketing materials. I never share children's names, your address, or other personal details.

Prefer to keep your photos private? No problem at all. Just let me know in writing before your session and I won't share any of your images.

Your name, email, phone number, and booking details are used only to schedule your session, deliver your gallery, and contact you about your booking. I never sell or share your information.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Hp Photography may update these policies, and the version posted when you booked applies to your session.
